Shipping Policy

At Secra Labs LLC, we understand that timely delivery is critical for your laboratory and research schedules. We strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly and securely as possible.
1. Order Processing and Cut-Off Times
- Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed, paid, and processed before 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, are typically shipped out the same business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends and federal holidays, will be processed and shipped on the following business day.
- Note: During high-volume periods or sales events, processing times may take up to 1-2 business days.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We offer multiple shipping tiers at checkout. Shipping charges are calculated dynamically based on your location and selected carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
- Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): Calculated at checkout.
- Expedited 2-Day Shipping: Calculated at checkout.
- Overnight Shipping: Calculated at checkout. (Please note: Overnight orders shipped on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday, not Saturday, unless a specific Saturday Delivery surcharge is selected and available).
- Free Shipping: We offer free Standard/Priority shipping on all domestic orders over $200.00.
3. P.O. Box Deliveries
Please note that expedited carriers such as FedEx and UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box, your order will automatically be routed through USPS, regardless of the expedited shipping speed selected at checkout.
4. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours. Please monitor your tracking link for the most up-to-date delivery information.
5. Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages
While we make every effort to deliver your orders promptly, Secra Labs LLC is not responsible for transit delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier (including delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or customs).
- Lost or Stolen: We are not liable for packages that are lost in transit or stolen after the carrier marks them as “Delivered.” If you cannot locate a delivered package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
6. Address Accuracy and Reshipment
The customer is entirely responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
- If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an “Insufficient Address,” “Undeliverable,” or a customer input error, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
- Orders returned to sender due to customer-provided errors may be subject to a reshipment fee to cover the cost of the new label. If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, contact us at [email protected] so we can attempt to intercept it before dispatch.
7. International Shipping
At this time, Secra Labs LLC strictly ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
