WHY WE STARTED

The research peptide market has a documentation problem.
 
For years, laboratories sourcing peptides for in-vitro research had to take supplier purity claims on faith. Certificates of analyses, when provided at all, were often self-generated, undated, or untraceable to any independent laboratory. Researchers were spending budget on compounds they couldn’t fully verify, and procurement teams were signing off on suppliers with no paper trail to show for it.

Secra Labs was founded in Philadelphia, PA to fix that. The premise was straightforward: every compound we sell ships with a certificate of analysis from an independent third-party laboratory. HPLC chromatogram data. Mass spectrometry confirmation of molecular identity. A real document from a real lab with no financial stake in the result.

That standard hasn’t changed.
