These Affiliate Program Terms govern participation in the Secra Labs Affiliate Program. By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to follow these Terms and the research-use-only promotion standards below.
1. Eligibility and approval
The Program is intended for qualified publishers, research educators, scientific communities, and professional platforms whose content is appropriate for a research-use-only laboratory supply brand. Applications are reviewed manually. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, and no review timeframe is promised. Applicants must provide accurate, current information and maintain control of the channels listed in their application. Requested coupon codes are subject to availability and approval.
2. Research-use-only standard
Affiliates may promote Secra Labs products only for laboratory research, analytical use, controlled handling, product integrity, and documentation-led purposes. Affiliates must not state or imply that any product is intended for human or animal use, consumption, administration, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, or a health, therapeutic, performance, appearance, or body-related outcome. Affiliates must use approved descriptions and may not make unsupported purity, identity, testing, certification, or performance claims.
3. Commission
The current standard commission is 20% of the eligible referred order’s net product amount after any coupon discount. Taxes, shipping charges, payment-processing fees, gift cards, store credit, refunds, returns, and chargebacks are not commissionable. Each approved affiliate may receive an approved coupon code configured to give customers 10% off eligible orders. Commission is earned only on eligible orders attributed under the Program and is not final until the order reaches qualifying completed status. Secra Labs may correct calculation errors and may change future commission terms with reasonable notice.
4. Attribution
The attribution window for an approved referral link is 30 days. Approved affiliate coupon codes may also be used for attribution under the Program’s tracking rules. Tracking can be affected by browser or device settings, deleted or blocked cookies, another qualifying referral, or technical limitations. Secra Labs records control where attribution cannot be reliably established. Affiliates may not interfere with tracking or attempt to claim orders they did not legitimately refer. An approved affiliate coupon code used at checkout may attribute the order to the affiliate assigned to that code. When multiple eligible affiliates could receive credit, the most recent eligible referral or coupon attribution applies.
5. Refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, and reversals
No commission is payable on cancelled, failed, fraudulent, refunded, returned, disputed, or charged-back orders, or on any ineligible amount. If commission was credited or paid on such an order, Secra Labs may reverse it or offset it against future earnings.
6. Payouts
Commissions remain pending for 30 days after the order reaches qualifying completed status. Secra Labs processes manual payouts on the 15th of each month, or the next business day, with no minimum payout amount. Payouts are made through a secure electronic payment method confirmed with the affiliate before the first payment. Secra Labs may delay a payout if payment details or required tax information are missing, or while reviewing refunds, disputes, chargebacks, suspected fraud, or policy violations.
7. Required disclosures
Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their material connection to Secra Labs wherever an affiliate link, coupon, endorsement, or recommendation appears. Disclosures must comply with applicable advertising and endorsement laws and platform rules, including FTC requirements where applicable. A disclosure must be easy to notice and understand and placed close to the relevant promotion.
8. Permitted promotion
Affiliates may use approved links, coupon codes, copy, logos, and creative assets on the channels disclosed in their application and approved by Secra Labs. Content must be accurate, professional, non-deceptive, research-use-only, and consistent with current instructions. New channels or materially different promotional methods require prior written approval. Partner support or assets are available only when Secra Labs actually provides them. Affiliate compensation does not guarantee a favorable review, ranking, grade, listing, inclusion, or editorial outcome. Affiliates may not imply otherwise.
9. Prohibited conduct
- Personal-use, human-use, animal-use, medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, administration, health-outcome, performance, appearance, or body-outcome claims.
- Instructions suggesting consumption, administration, dosing, or use outside legitimate laboratory research.
- Unsupported testing, purity, identity, certification, safety, efficacy, or performance claims.
- False, misleading, unsubstantiated, copied, or impersonating content.
- Spam, purchased lists, unsolicited communications, or privacy, advertising, telemarketing, or platform-rule violations.
- Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden redirects, adware, toolbars, or deceptive attribution methods.
- Deceptive, expired, unauthorized, or fabricated coupons, or unapproved exclusivity claims.
- Domains, usernames, handles, or advertising accounts that imitate Secra Labs or confuse users about ownership.
- Bidding on Secra Labs names, misspellings, domains, trademarks, or confusingly similar terms in paid search without prior written authorization.
- Self-referrals, purchases through an affiliate’s own link, use of an assigned coupon for self-purchase, or coordinated purchases primarily intended to generate commission.
- Transfer, resale, sublicensing, or sharing of an affiliate account or code without written approval.
10. Intellectual property
Secra Labs grants approved affiliates a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use approved brand materials only for Program participation. Affiliates may not alter logos or product documentation, imply ownership or endorsement beyond Program participation, or use Secra Labs intellectual property outside approved promotions. All rights remain with Secra Labs, and use must stop promptly when requested or when participation ends.
11. Monitoring and corrections
Secra Labs may review promotional channels, traffic, orders, disclosures, and Program activity to protect customers, the brand, and Program integrity. Affiliates must promptly correct or remove content when requested. Secra Labs may suspend links or coupons, withhold or reverse commission tied to suspected fraud or violations, request supporting information, and take reasonable action while reviewing questionable activity.
12. Suspension and termination
Either party may end participation at any time. Secra Labs may suspend or terminate an affiliate immediately for deceptive conduct, prohibited claims, self-referral, manipulation, infringement, legal or platform violations, failure to make required corrections, or conduct that risks customers or the Secra Labs brand. After termination, the affiliate must stop using Program links, coupon codes, and brand materials. Eligible commissions from referrals generated before termination that later reach qualifying completed status remain subject to the 30-day holding period, payout schedule, and reversal rules, unless termination resulted from fraud or a material policy violation.
13. Independent relationship
Affiliates are independent participants, not employees, agents, partners, franchisees, or representatives of Secra Labs. Affiliates may not bind Secra Labs or make commitments on its behalf. Each affiliate is responsible for its content, channels, disclosures, legal compliance, taxes, and expenses.
14. Privacy and confidential information
Affiliate information will be handled under the Secra Labs Privacy Policy and applicable law. Affiliates must protect non-public Program information and must not collect, expose, or transmit customer personal information through affiliate links or promotional tracking. No personal information may be sent in analytics event parameters.
15. Changes
Secra Labs may update these Terms or Program rules. Continued participation after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Material operational changes should be communicated through the affiliate dashboard, email, or another reasonable channel.
