Due to the sensitive nature of research-use-only laboratory materials and our strict quality-control standards, all sales are considered final except as expressly stated below. This policy is designed to protect product integrity, prevent contamination risk, and ensure that all research materials remain within a controlled chain of custody.

By placing an order with Secra Labs LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund and Returns Policy.

1. Research Use Only Products

All products sold by Secra Labs LLC are intended strictly for laboratory research, analytical, or development purposes only. Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, medical use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or any form of bodily introduction.

Because our products are research-use-only materials, we cannot accept general returns once an order has shipped.

2. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final unless the order qualifies for a replacement or refund under the limited exceptions listed in this policy.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong product, quantity, or variation
  • Misunderstanding product specifications before purchase
  • Products that have been opened, used, reconstituted, altered, mixed, or tampered with
  • Products with broken or removed seals
  • Products stored improperly after delivery
  • Claims submitted after the applicable reporting deadline
  • Packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • Any issue related to use outside of stated research-use-only purposes

Returns sent without prior written approval may be refused, discarded, or returned to sender without refund.

3. Eligible Issues for Review

Secra Labs LLC may, at its discretion, offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution for the following verified issues:

  • Damaged products received
  • Incorrect products received
  • Missing items from an order
  • Packages confirmed lost in transit by the carrier
  • Verified product quality or purity concerns

All claims are subject to review and approval. Submitting a claim does not guarantee a refund or replacement.

4. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, you must contact us within 48 hours of the carrier’s delivery timestamp.

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the outer packaging
  • Clear photos of the inner packaging
  • Clear photos of the product label(s)
  • Photos or video showing the damage, incorrect item, or missing-item issue

After review, Secra Labs LLC may offer a replacement or refund for the affected item(s). If return shipping is required for a verified company error or damaged item, Secra Labs LLC will provide instructions and may cover the return shipping cost.

5. Lost Packages

If tracking shows no movement for 10 or more business days, or if the carrier confirms that a package is lost in transit, please contact us at [email protected].

After carrier verification, Secra Labs LLC may reship the order or provide another resolution.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are not considered lost in transit. If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, you should contact the carrier directly to open an investigation. Secra Labs LLC may assist with the claim process when possible but is not responsible for theft, misdelivery, or loss after confirmed delivery.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Secra Labs LLC is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Incomplete apartment, suite, or unit number
  • Use of a forwarding address
  • Refusal of delivery
  • Failure to retrieve the package promptly

If a package is returned to sender due to customer-provided address issues, we may offer reshipment at the customer’s expense if the products are received back unopened, intact, and suitable for reshipment.

7. Product Quality or Purity Concerns

Secra Labs LLC takes product quality seriously. If you believe a product does not match its stated specifications, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Quality or purity claims must include:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Lot or batch number, if applicable
  • Photos of the product and label
  • A detailed description of the concern
  • Independent third-party laboratory analysis, such as HPLC/MS testing, when applicable

Claims related to product “effectiveness,” results, or any use outside of laboratory research purposes are not eligible for refund or replacement.

If a verified quality issue is confirmed, Secra Labs LLC may provide a replacement, refund, or other resolution at its discretion.

8. Order Cancellations and Modifications

Orders may only be canceled or modified before they have been processed, packed, assigned tracking, or shipped.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been handed to the carrier, it cannot be canceled or modified.

If you need to request a cancellation or correction, contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made before fulfillment.

9. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval or after the returned item is received and inspected, if a return is required.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the refund is due to a verified Secra Labs LLC error.

10. Replacement Shipments

If a replacement is approved, Secra Labs LLC will process the replacement after the claim has been reviewed and approved.

Replacement shipments are subject to product availability. If the original product is unavailable, Secra Labs LLC may offer a refund, store credit, or substitute resolution at its discretion.

11. Abuse Prevention

Secra Labs LLC reserves the right to deny refund, replacement, or reshipment requests in cases involving:

  • Repeated claims
  • Inconsistent or unverifiable information
  • Suspected fraud
  • Chargeback abuse
  • Misuse of products
  • Violation of our Terms and Conditions
  • Claims submitted without required documentation

We may request additional information before approving any claim.

12. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

We ask that customers contact Secra Labs LLC directly before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. We are committed to reviewing legitimate concerns in good faith and resolving eligible issues fairly.

If a chargeback is filed, Secra Labs LLC reserves the right to provide the payment processor or financial institution with relevant order records, shipping confirmation, tracking information, customer communications, product documentation, and a copy of this policy.
