Return and Refund Policy

At Secra Labs LLC, we are committed to providing the highest quality, laboratory-grade research compounds. Due to the highly sensitive nature of our products and strict quality control protocols, we enforce a strict no-return policy to ensure the integrity, purity, and safety of our supply chain.
1. All Sales Are Final (No Returns)
Secra Labs LLC does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any research products. Once a product leaves our controlled facility, the chain of custody is broken. We cannot verify how the compounds were stored, handled, or if they were tampered with. To guarantee that every customer receives pristine, uncompromised research materials, all sales are final.
- Unauthorized Returns: Any products mailed back to our facility without prior written authorization will be refused and immediately disposed of. No refunds or credits will be issued for unauthorized returns.
2. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately.
- Pre-Shipment: Orders can be canceled for a full refund at any time before they have been processed and dispatched by our fulfillment team. Please email [email protected] with your order number to request a cancellation.
- Post-Shipment: Once an order has been assigned a tracking number and handed over to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be canceled, redirected, or refunded.
3. Incorrect, Missing, or Damaged Items
While we strictly enforce our no-refund policy, we stand by the accuracy of our fulfillment. If Secra Labs LLC makes an error with your order, we will make it right.
If your order arrives and is missing items, contains the incorrect items, or the vials are physically damaged (e.g., cracked or broken glass), you must notify us within 48 hours of the carrier marking the package as “Delivered.”
To file a claim for an incorrect or damaged order, please email [email protected] and include:
- Your full name and order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear, well-lit photographs of the damaged/incorrect items and the original packaging.
Upon verification of the error or damage, Secra Labs LLC will gladly ship a replacement of the affected items at no additional cost. Replacements are the only resolution offered; we do not issue cash refunds for these issues.
4. Shipping Delays and Lost Packages
Secra Labs LLC is not responsible for packages that are delayed, held by customs, or lost in transit by the shipping carrier. Because these situations are outside of our control, we do not issue refunds or free replacements for packages that are mishandled by the carrier. If your package is lost, you must contact the carrier directly to initiate a trace or file a claim.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Because we maintain a strict, clearly stated “No Returns” policy, any customer who initiates a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or credit card provider after receiving their goods will be permanently banned from purchasing from Secra Labs LLC.
