2. Intended Product Use (Research Use Only)
All products provided by Secra Labs LLC are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research, development, and analytical purposes only. Under no circumstances are these products formulated, designed, or intended for:

Secra Labs LLC operates strictly as a chemical supplier. Secra Labs LLC is not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. Secra Labs LLC is not an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
3. Strict Communication Policy and Account Termination
Secra Labs LLC assumes that the purchasing researcher is highly trained and fully familiar with the products being purchased. We do not provide any guidelines, instructions, or suggestions regarding the reconstitution of peptides or their application to your research. Any communication—whether via email, contact form, or social media—that suggests, implies, or leads us to believe you intend to use these products in a manner other than strictly authorized in-vitro research will result in an immediate refusal of sale, cancellation of your order without refund, and a permanent ban from our platform.
4. Buyer Representations and Warranties
By purchasing products from Secra Labs LLC, you, the buyer, acknowledge and legally warrant that:
- You are a qualified researcher, adequately trained and equipped to handle the purchased compounds safely in an appropriate laboratory setting.
- You are fully aware of the health and safety hazards associated with the handling of these products.
- You realize that since Secra Labs LLC products are intended solely for in-vitro research purposes, they may not be on the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory listing. You assume full responsibility to assure that the products purchased are approved for use under TSCA, if applicable.
- You will independently review and abide by all local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to the purchase, possession, and use of these research compounds in your jurisdiction.
- You will not misbrand, misuse, alter, or intentionally supply these products to individuals who may utilize them for human or animal consumption.
5. FDA and Medical Disclaimer

8. Product Quality and Returns
Due to the sensitive nature of research chemicals, we maintain strict quality control standards. All sales are final. We do not accept returns on research compounds to ensure the integrity of our supply chain. If an error is made on our end regarding your shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to resolve the issue.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, images, branding, logos, and product information—is the exclusive property of Secra Labs LLC and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, scraping, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
10. Governing Law
